Pay online
Select the Pay online button, above.
You will need the Application ID that can be found on your Planning Permit invoice. Remember to include the letters PlnApp or PlnSub ahead of the numbers.
You will need your Planning permit notice. Pay by cheque, or EFTPOS at the Planning and Building Counter, Government Centre.
Take your Planning permit notice into any post office or agency. Payment can be made by cheque or EFTPOS.
Call 1300 653 934 to pay your Planning permit notice over the phone using Mastercard or Visa.
BPAY is only available for costs associated with pre-application meetings or paid advice. Planning permits or any invoices associated with a permit cannot be paid using BPAY.
Contact your participating financial institution to make payment directly from your bank account. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number as detailed on your notice.
BPAY View sends your rates notice straight to your online or mobile banking. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number from your notice. Find out more here.
Detach the payment slip and mail with a cheque to Rural City of Wangaratta, PO Box 238, Wangaratta VIC 3676.
Please make cheques payable to "Wangaratta Rural City Council". Please note that receipts will not be issued for mailed payments.
