The Rowan Street shared user bridge is now open - with minor works on the approaches either side.
Bindall Avenue Toilet Block has undergone a much needed facelift. The roof and gutters have been replaced and the exterior of the building has been painted. Roller doors have been installed for security purposes. The perimeter has also undergone a facelift with new concrete surrounds. Inside the toilet block, walls have been freshly painted and a new bench seat has been installed.

This kitchen is used by various community and sporting groups. Due to the existence of asbestos a full renovation is required. The upgrade will include all new kitchen cabinetry, benches and hooks to accommodate storage of equipment.

Construction of two new public toilets for the Milawa Township located at the front of the Milawa Hall.
Works commenced late July 2025 and are due to be complete by September 2025.
Access to the existing public toilet will remain open during construction.

The Pavilion at Apex Park in Clements Street, Wangaratta was refurbished in April 2025.
The timber work was painted with a special effects paint that will produce a rusty look finish over time.
Installation of new accessible concrete paths and updating accessible access in the hall.
Replacement of facias and weathered double doors on west side of the Hall.

Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre:
The public showers at the Wangaratta Showgrounds have recently undergone an upgrade.
New tiles, new hand basin, fixtures and fittings are now installed and the facility is open for use as of 12 December 2025.

Six courts at the Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre (WSAC) are being sanded and lines repainted as part of renewal works at WSAC over the last couple of years. New box gutters and a newly integrated louvre system, full ceiling and wall repaint have all been completed.

Renewal works have been completed this financial year in the Group Fitness Room at Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre (WSAC). Works included replacement of roof, ceiling, HVAC system, and resealing of the floors.
