The Rural City of Wangaratta runs a range of community events across the year. These events support local businesses, create welcoming spaces for residents and visitors, and bring people together.

Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee a place at an event. It helps us understand the types of vendors available and provides a point of contact when opportunities arise.

Who this form is for

This form is suitable for vendors who offer:

  • Food and beverage
  • Retail goods
  • Community, service or information stalls
  • Activity‑based or interactive stalls

How the process works

The below will occur after you submit a request:

  • Complete the online Expression of Interest form below
  • Your details will be added to Council’s vendor contact list
  • When an event is being planned, suitable vendors may be contacted directly
  • Each event has its own requirements, approvals and fees

Vendors may be asked to provide further information, permits or documentation at a later stage.

What you will need to provide

The form includes questions about:

  • Your business or stall
  • Products or services offered
  • Required infrastructure such as power or space
  • Relevant permits, insurance or registrations

Providing accurate and up‑to‑date information helps us assess suitability for each event.

Accessibility and inclusion

Council strives to deliver events that are accessible, inclusive and welcoming. Vendors are encouraged to identify any accessibility considerations related to their stall setup or service delivery
