Aged Care

Council is currently in the process of exiting aged care services. 

Updates as of October 15

  • Council hosts transition drop-in sessions at the Wangaratta Library. 10am–12pm every Thursday throughout October, and 10am–12pm every Tuesday and Thursday throughout November and December until 17 December (excl Melbourne Cup Day).
  • CHSP services will continue until the Australian Government appoints a new provider.
  • HACC PYP clients will be transitioned in the coming weeks.
  • Support at Home and Veterans' Home Care clients have been transitioned to new providers.
