A road closure will be in place for Kate Street in Glenrowan from Monday 22 June until late August 2026.There will be tree removal and drainage works undertaken during this time.Traffic management will be in place for the duration of these works.
There is a planned road closure on Cruse Street Wangaratta for the construction of a new roundabout.These works are scheduled from Monday 4 May until Saturday 26 September 2026.Detours will be in place with signage and VMS boards visible.There will be traffic delays during this time.
A temporary road closure will be in place on Tuesday 25th August 2026 from 12:30pm until approximately 2:30pm.This closure is scheduled for a Police Memorial Service to be held in Handley Street Wangaratta.
Traffic management will be in place on the Wangaratta-Yarrawonga Road and adjoining roads in Waldara.Roadside works are due to commence in early July until late August 2026.Minor traffic delays may be experienced during this time.

Traffic management will be located on Worland Road & Bowerbird Way for public lighting works to be undertaken.Works are scheduled from mid-July to early September 2026 weather permitting.Minor traffic delays to be expected during this time.
There will be traffic management in place on Roy Street (rear of APCO service station) for roadside works to be undertaken.Works are scheduled for the month of August with minimal traffic flow impacts.
There will be a road closure on Shanley Street for the planned "Level Crossing Upgrade Works".Signage and VMS boards will be in place advising of the closure which is scheduled from Monday 7th until Sunday 20th September 2026.Traffic management will be in place advising of detours with interruptions expected to be significant.
Scheduled installation works for the Reid Street Pedestrian Operated Signal will commence on Monday 31 August. The works are expected to take 4 weeks to complete.On Sunday 4 October there will be a full road closure whilst asphalt re-sheeting works are completed between Murphy & Ovens Streets, these works are expected to be completed within the day.
Road works to commence on Ovens Street in Wangaratta on Monday 31 August 2026.The project includes installation of two raised pedestrian crossings, a new centre median and an upgraded school crossing.Temporary traffic changes will be required, including speed reductions, closures, detours and changes to pedestrian access.
