Rural City of Wangaratta has confirmed its staged exit from direct Aged Care services.
Independent research company, TKW Research will contact up to 100 residents via a mobile number to ask questions about Council and its services.

The Rural City of Wangaratta, in partnership with many State Government and Voluntary agencies including the community, form the basis of the multi-agency Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee (MEMPC).
The Wangaratta MEMPC is the peak planning body for emergency management within the municipality, and has legislative responsibility to prepare a Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP).
The MEMP outlines the mitigation, response and recovery arrangements for managing emergencies which may occur within the Rural City of Wangaratta.
