Wangaratta is home to several aged care facilities offering a range of services from residential care to dementia support and respite options. These homes are supported by the Rural City of Wangaratta’s Aged & Community Care team, which also provides home care packages and community support programs.

St Catherine’s

Rangeview

Rangeview Private Nursing Home is located on the edge of the high country and King Valley, north east of Victoria, surrounded by farm land.

Illoura

Illoura is an Aboriginal word for ‘a pleasant place’. We believe this reflects our approach to caring for our residents in our modern 72 bed, fully accredited facility incorporating residential aged care beds, a memory support unit, and transition of care programs.

St Johns

The Anglican Church Diocese founded St John’s in the autumn of 1969. The foundation was set as a place to cater to older people’s needs in the Rural City of Wangaratta. The expansive, five wing facility holds 146 beds, including memory support areas.
