Pedestrians and cyclists will soon have a wider, safer bridge at Rowan Street.During installation, Rowan Street will be closed to traffic in both directions from Baker Street to Green Street on Monday, 4 May, 7.30 am–5.00 pm. Signed detours will be in place.
There is a planned road closure on Cruse Street Wangaratta for the construction of a new roundabout.
These works are scheduled from Monday 4 May until Saturday 26 September 2026.
Detours will be in place with signage and VMS boards visible.
There will be traffic delays during this time.
