The Wangaratta Library offers three versatile meeting spaces for community and commercial hire. Whether you're hosting a one-on-one interview, a training session, or a workshop, we have a room to suit your needs.

All rooms are available for community or commercial hire. Bookings must align with room availability and library operating hours.

Small Meeting Room

Perfect for interviews or one-on-one meetings.

Capacity:

Up to 6 people

Availability:

During library opening hours only

Facilities:

No tea facilities or data projector

Seminar Room

Suitable for small meetings, training sessions, or workshops.

Capacity:

10–12 people around a standard table

Availability:

During library opening hours only

Facilities:

  • Large monitor screen for computer connection
  • Portable whiteboard
  • Urn available
  • Note: Cups and all refreshments must be supplied by the hirer
  • Hirers are responsible for setting up tables and chairs

Hire the Seminar Room

 

 

Community Room

Ideal for medium-sized meetings, training sessions, or workshops.

Capacity:

  • 50 people seated in rows
  • 20 people seated around 5 supplied tables

Availability:

Available outside library opening hours

Facilities:

  • Large monitor screen for computer connection
  • Portable whiteboard

Kitchenette with:

  • 50 cups/saucers and glasses
  • Cutlery for 50
  • Water and milk jugs 
  • Note: Tea/coffee/sugar/milk must be supplied by the hirer

Hirers are responsible for setting up tables and chairs
