Temporary Road Closure - Rowan Street WANGARATTA
A planned temporary road closure is in place for the Rowan Street Underpass for Monday 4 May 2026 7:30am-5pm.
This project involves the installation of a new 3m wide pedestrian overpass to be constructed at the Rowan Street underpass, replacing the existing 2.5m wide bridge.
The project is fully funded by the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) and aims to increase the pedestrian bridge width and improve accessibility for all users.
Extensive traffic management will be in place on this day with detours in place. Traffic delays will be experienced during this time.
