Wangaratta Children's Service Centre provides care and education to children from infancy through to school age in a safe, secure, and stimulating environment. We work with children, families, and the wider community to deliver integrated services that connect local families to early years support. Our aim is to promote better outcomes for children and their families

WCSC presents the children in our care with the opportunities for exploration, curiosity and independent thought and we support and empower children in reaching their individual potential. Our environment is secure, nurturing, stimulating and responsive to individual interests, experiences and needs. Children are provided with opportunity to explore, take risks daily and strengthen their resilience as part of their learning journey. We encourage and represent children’s multiple voices and ideas as well as supporting them to listen, respect and collaborate with others.

We hold high expectations for the education, care and development of our children and educators. We provide a program which supports and facilitates active play, balanced meals and promotes positive self esteem. Through open communication and collaborative decision making, and our understanding of children's care to build partnerships between us, our children and the wider community.
