Summer Events 25–26 EOI
Council is inviting local community groups, organisations, and vendors to express their interest in being part of our Summer 2025–26 events program.
Whether you're planning to host your own community event or would like to participate in Council-led events as a vendor or activity provider, we’d love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to showcase your work, connect with the community, and contribute to a vibrant summer season across Wangaratta.
What’s involved
- 25/26 Summer Program Event EOI – Submit you event or activity taking place over the summer and have it included in the council delivered summer events guide. This guide becomes to go-to for the community to know what is going on and free marketing for you. This program will be a digital downloadable file.
- Food & Beverage Vendor EOI – If you are a operator interested in supplying food or beverage at the 2025 New Years Eve event or the 2026 Outdoor Ball, please submit your interest via the below application forms. (NYE attracted over 10,000 people in 2024 and is held at the Wangaratta Showgrounds. The Outdoor Ball is held in Merriwa Park and is a twilight event featuring live music and a dancefloor attracting around 1000-1500 people.
