Moonlight movies building connection

Moonlight-Movie

A series of four free moonlight movie nights will b held in rural communities.

The moonlight movies are being run to help communities reconnect after a challenging year without events or other opportunities to get together.

Each event will have a unique flavor, with organizing committees given funding to run their own local events.

In Eldorado, this Saturday 17 April, Centennial Park will host the movie “Rams”, with music before the screening at dusk, and the opportunity to purchase woodfired pizzas.

Tarrawingee’s event will be held on Friday 23 April at none other than Tolpuddle Goat Cheese and Farm Foods, with a family friendly barbecue and live music by Maguire and Co prior to the screening of “Oddball” at dusk.

Springhurst (29 May) and Everton (12 June) round out the townships to host the events, which were chosen through an expression of interest process.
