Wangaratta Rural City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to sell the land at Property Number 18397, Detour Road, North Wangaratta and contained in Certificates of Title:
- ·volume 11492 folio 318, being lot 2 on title plan no. 005413K;
- ·volume 11492 folio 319, being lot 3 on title plan no. 005413K;
- ·volume 11492 folio 320, being Crown Allotment 13, Section H, Parish of Wangaratta North;
- ·volume 11492 folio 341, being Crown Allotment 5, Section H, Parish of Wangaratta North; and
- ·volume 11492 folio 343, being Crown Allotment 14, Section H, Parish of Wangaratta North. and shown on the land below outlined in red.
The proposal is that the sale of the Land be negotiated by Council in accordance with the market valuation of the site.
