Wangaratta Rural City Council gives notice in accordance with the Council’s Community Engagement Policy and section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to lease land at WJ Findlay Oval Reserve, 14A Evans Street Wangaratta.
The proposal is to lease various buildings at WJ Findlay Oval Reserve, 14A Evans Street Wangaratta to Wangaratta Rovers Football Netball Club:
Rent: As per the annual rental fee set by the Rural City of Wangaratta Leasing & Licencing Policy
Rent Review: Not applicable
Any person may make a submission on this proposal. Any person wishing to make a submission must do so in writing by 5pm on Friday, 6 August 2021. All submissions will be considered in accordance with Council’s Community Engagement Policy.

Mail: PO Box 238, Wangaratta VIC 3676. Please include “Wangaratta Rovers Lease” as the reference.
In Person: To Customer Services, Wangaratta Government Centre – Corner Ford and Ovens Street, Wangaratta. Please include “Wangaratta Rovers Lease” as the reference to your submission
A person making a submission is entitled to request in the submission that they wish to appear in person, or to be represented by a person specified in the submission, to be heard in support of the submission before Council (or a committee established by Council for this purpose). If a person wishes to be heard in support of their submission, they must include this request to be heard in their written submission.
