How to get involved

The Heartbeat Framework

The Heartbeat Framework was presented to the community in November 2020. It is the Framework for how the Grit and Resilience Program will support the community to deliver activities that aim to improve community connection and inclusion, and to strengthen community support for positive mental health and wellbeing.

Under the Heartbeat Framework, the Grit and Resilience team will be connecting with the community every three months to talk about what’s happening with the program activities and how to get involved.

Planning for the next Heartbeat is underway and is due to take place in February 2022, details will soon be announced.

In the meantime, please reach out to the Grit and Resilience team at if you have any questions about the activities or want to get involved – we would love to hear from you!
