Additional information

We also provide a free school based immunisation program in Year 7 for Human Papillomavirus (Gardasil) and Adolescent Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (Boostrix) and Year 10 for Meningococcal ACWY (Nimenrix).

If you would like to get a copy of your immunisation history, our Environmental Health team will need your name (maiden name if married) and date of birth. We also need contact details such as phone number and email address if you want your history emailed.

We only have the immunisation history from Council run immunisation sessions, so if vaccinations occurred at a doctor’s clinic or at a different Council, you will need to speak with them.

Select the button below to request your immunisation history.

Council will not be travelling to workplaces in 2022 due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Workplaces that participated last year will be contacted by Council regarding alternative arrangements and dates available for employees to attend vaccination sessions in 2022.

We recommend all residents continue to follow the recommendations at Beat the Bite to prevent infection with mosquito-borne diseases.
