Junior football will take centre stage at Wareena Park Oval later this month when the Kangaroos and Imperials play their first home games at the refurbished venue.

While cricket has already returned to the upgraded oval, the Round 2 junior football fixture marks the first time Wareena Park’s designated football home teams take the field.

The matches will offer a community moment for families and junior footy fans to see the refurbished oval in action.
