Join the Milawa Markwood Oxley Landcare Group and Grant Sims from Down Under Ag for a practical workshop introducing foliar fertilisation, bio-fermentation and multi-species pastures.

Topics covered

  • Where foliar nutrition fits within modern farming systems
  • Understanding when, why and how to use foliar fertilisers
  • Practical decision-making: brew versus buy
  • Real-world do's and don'ts of foliar application and making bio-fermented liquids
  • Multi-species pasture design and management

The day will begin at Everton Public Hall before moving to an on-farm demonstration at Alan Wood's property in Markwood.

What to bring

  • Lunch and light refreshments provided
  • BYO camp chair and water bottle
  • Wear suitable clothing and footwear for all weather conditions
