On Saturday, October 10th, King George Gardens will come alive again for the 5th Grit and Resilience Festival ��

 

This year, we’re celebrating World Mental Health Day with the theme “Together We Thrive” - and we’re doing it the best way we know how… by bringing people together in one big, joyful, feel-good afternoon.

 

Think colour, movement, music, laughter, and those little moments where you bump into someone, stay for a chat, and leave feeling a bit more connected than when you arrived.

 

No pressure, no expectations just a space to show up, soak it in, and be part of something bigger.
