Delivered by an Ending Loneliness Together, this practical workshop focuses on building confidence and everyday skills to support meaningful social connection.
Participants will explore simple conversation starters, strategies for overcoming social anxiety, and ways to build small, sustainable habits that encourage connection in daily life. The session also helps attendees identify local opportunities for social interaction and provides tools for strengthening neighbourhood and community ties through intentional, low‑pressure “micro‑moments” of connection.
Designed to be practical, supportive and strengths‑based, this workshop equips participants with realistic strategies they can apply immediately in their personal, professional and community settings.
