Autumn Harvest Festival

Sustainable King Valley and the Food Hub, with support from the Rural City of Wangaratta, welcome you to join us at the Autumn Harvest Festival 2026 at our brand-new location! It will be a morning focused on local produce, waste minimisation, gardening and community.

Please note the exciting new location in 2026 at the Upper King Valley Community Hub in Whitfield!

As always, you can expect a wonderful family-friendly morning of activities, including:

  • Access to take or leave excess garden goodies - share your abundance of fruit and veg and fill a box to take home from others' gardens,
  • Enter into the Monster Zucchini Competition to see who has grown the biggest zucchini,
  • An abundance of kids' activities,
  • A preserving demonstration with simple recipes to taste and make from your home-grown goodies,
  • Information about fruit fly and other unwanted garden pests,
  • Upcycling demonstrations,
  • and there will be an interactive critter display to check out.

There will be morning tea to purchase and a raffle to go into the draw to win some great prizes!

No bookings required. A gold coin donation upon entry is appreciated.
