Join our Yoga class and improve physical and mental health and well-being through the practice of a range of different techniques including; postures and movement, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. Some Yoga mats are available, or you may bring your own. These sessions can be tailored to your capability, seated Yoga is also an option. All ages and abilities very welcome.
