SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee Come and learn the art of crafting excellent espresso coffees with our Barista course! This unit covers everything you need to know to extract and serve delicious espresso beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders. Perfect for cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, function, and event venues, this course is designed for espresso machine operators who work independently with minimal supervision. To be able to enrol in this course you must complete the SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety course.
