Change your waste service

Send us a request to change the number or size of the bins at your property. Make sure you choose the right form for your location (urban or rural) and property type (residential or commercial).

Please note: 

• To change your waste service, you'll need to download, complete and attached a bin request form, new properties will also require a certificate of occupancy must be attached.
• Garbage and recycling are compulsory services for rural and urban areas. However you can request to increase the number of bins at your property or upsize your garbage service to a 240L bin or your recycling bin to a 360L bin.
• Organics is a compulsory service for urban areas however you can request to increase the number of bins at your property. 
• Urban areas include Wangaratta, Glenrowan, Hamilton Park, Milawa and Oxley.
• It may take up to 6 weeks before changes are implemented.
