Damages to Telstra equipment

If damage occurs to Telstra equipment including pits, pillars, cabinets, underground cables, elevated joints and manhole covers, please contact Telstra on 13 22 03.

North East Water issues

Before you report a leak it's important to identify where the leak is coming from. North East Water is typically responsible for the meter and pipes from the street to the meter. If you spot a leaking or burst water main, report it on 1300 361 644, day or night, any day of the year.

For other drainage issues such as blocked drains, damaged, displaced or missing pit lids, drain maintenance or drain spraying, please submit a request below.

Report issues with Snap Send Solve

Snap Send Solve is a quick and easy way to report local issues or provide feedback. Download the free app from the App store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).

How it works

Use your phone to snap a photo, add a short description, and send. The app uses your location to direct the report to the correct council. 

Once received the report is logged in our system and referred to the appropriate team for follow-up. All reports are sent from the app using your email address.
