List your event on ATDW
ATDW (Australian Tourism Data Warehouse) helps community events reach people who are already looking for things to do in the area.
By adding your event to ATDW, your details can appear across trusted tourism websites at a local, regional, state and national level. This is a free program.
ATDW is supported by Visit Victoria and is widely used to promote community events that bring people together and encourage visitation.
How to list your event (quick steps)
- Go to www.atdw-online.com.au
- Register as a Tourism Operator
- Create a new Event listing
- Complete the required fields
- Upload at least one suitable photo
- Send the listing for review

What you’ll need
Before you start, have:
- Event name, location and dates
- Short event description (written in third person)
- Contact details
- Accessibility information
- At least one landscape photo (1600 x 1200 pixels or larger)
What happens next?
- Listings are checked by Visit Victoria
- Review usually takes 1 - 2 business days
- You’ll receive an email once your listing is approved
- Your event will then flow to relevant tourism platforms. Including Rural City of Wangaratta What's On.
