Sport North East

Sport North East is the Regional Sports Assembly for the Ovens and Murray region which supports sport and active recreation clubs. We provide support and advice on a range of club administration topics to help build the capacity of volunteers and their clubs to create welcoming and successful environments, provide opportunities for people of all ages and abilities, and become sustainable.

Our aims are:

1. Support and advice sport and active recreation clubs to increase their capacity to build a sustainable sport sector.

2. Increase the availability and access to sport and active recreation opportunities for people of all abilities, women and girls, and other diverse groups.

3. To be the ‘go to’ resource for clubs, local government and community stakeholders for sport and active recreation development.

Costs:

• Services may be completely free, subsidized, or fee-for-service.
