Apex Park Changing Places Facility

The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) has engaged EnviroDome Pty Ltd to construct and install a Changing Places Facility at Apex Park, Wangaratta. The facility will provide a safe and accessible toilet and shower amenity for people with a disability and their carers.

Clements Street will need to be closed between the hours of  9am - 3pm on the Wednesday 25 June 2025 to allow for a truck and a crane to deliver and install the prefabricated facility at Apex Park safely.

The existing public toilets and laundry facility at Apex Park will be remain open during the closure. Traffic Controllers will escort pedestrians through the worksite if required and it is safe to do so.

The parking bays located on Clements Street and the Apex Park service road will be closed. The car park located on Bickerton Street will remain open with access via Ashmore and Bickerton Streets.  

Traffic management signage and traffic controllers will be in place on Clements Street as well as signage on Parfitt Road notifying traffic of the change in road conditions. A detour will be in place via Ashmore and Bickerton Street as per the plan below.
