Moyhu Township Development Plan

A Township Development Plan has been developed for Moyhu and can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

This plan seeks to provide:

  • An integrated vision for land use planning for Moyhu.  And;
  • Provides opportunities for future township growth.

Status:  Council adopted this plan in June, 2024. 

Next Step:  A draft Planning Scheme Amendment C95 is currently with the Minister for Planning for authorisation.

 A period of public exhibition is integrated into the amendment process, including direct notification of all landowners within the town.
