Grit & Resilience Program

Regional communities like ours embrace diversity and the Grit and Resilience program works with our community to further improve the social connection and inclusion of our community.  We work with people from all ages and backgrounds, including people with lived experience, Aboriginal people and those from LGBTIQ+, disability and culturally diverse communities implement activities that support positive mental health and wellbeing.

With the support of the Victorian Government’s Social Inclusion Action Group (SIAG) funding, this program is a flagship initiative recommended by the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System.  The Grit and Resilience Program has evolved from the previous Primary Health Network funded program with an enhanced focus on social inclusion, strengthening connection and inclusion across our community.

The program runs workshops and events throughout the year, and we would love to connect with you at our events. If you would like to be part of the Program, please get in touch with the Grit and Resilience Program team.
