Council is using the below survey to improve how we deliver our services to the community. Already more than 800 surveys have been completed and as a result of the feedback received, Council has made the following changes:
Quicker Responses - It now takes an average of 5.3 days to close each customer request.
More Online Services - Online mapping for planning is now available, while you can also raise customer requests online.
Making Payments Easier - More direct debit options are available, while online payments will soon be introduced.
Streamlining Planning - We have a better focus on customer service, with a duty planner always available and more information available online.
