Enviro Events 2019

We're committed to delivering great sustainability and environmental intitiatives, and this year is no different.

Our Enviro Events program for 2019 is packed with workshops and events that all residents can enjoy! Take part in annual favourites including Clean Up Australia Day and our Spotlight Walk and Talk, or join us for exciting workshops at the Library in March, topped off with a new Sustainability Living Expo in August.

9 November | Community Nature Day

This event is a celebration of the Rural City of Wangaratta’s environmental and cultural heritage. There will be live music, historic and spiritual story telling by Bpangerang elder Uncle Freddie, Bpangerang dancers, kids activities, interactive native plant and animal displays, nature based art, free bbq and more.
