For the application, please ensure that you have:
An outline of the type of business you are looking to open, including activities likely to be occurring on site, hours of operation, maximum staff and customer numbers on site at any one time, car parking availability, delivery requirements (i.e. types of deliveries, size of vehicles likely to be undertaking deliveries and between which days/hours deliveries are likely to be made – e.g. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) and nearby loading/unloading opportunities for delivery vehicles.

A copy of your Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10,000,000 cover)

Liquor Licence Red Line Plan (if service of Alcohol permit is required)

Current Land Owner consent
A copy of the type of records that will be kept in relation to each animal association with the Domestic Animal Business Permit.
