Make a Payment

For BPAY, you can contact your participating financial institution to make payment directly from your bank account.

You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number as detailed on your notice.

BPAY View is another option. This means your rate notices can be sent straight to your online or mobile bank. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number from your notice. Click HERE for more details.

Your rates and invoices can be direct debited from your account. To apply for Direct Debit, please download the form below.

Phone payments can be made using Mastercard or Visa by calling 1300 653 934.

Payment at the Wangaratta Government Centre may be made by cash, cheque, money order, credit card (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa) or EFTPOS.

You can pay in person at any post office or agency. Present your relevant notice intact when paying. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or EFTPOS only

Please make cheques payable to "Wangaratta Rural City Council"

Note that receipts will not be issued for mailed payments.
