Share your thoughts on accessibility
The Rural City of Wangaratta is inviting community members to share their thoughts on how to make the municipality a more inclusive and accessible place for people to live and visit.
Council is currently reviewing its Community Access and Inclusion Action Plan for 2018 – 2020 and has developed a survey to give community members the opportunity to inform the plan.
The plan aims to assist Council in working with community and business sectors to identify and implement strategies that ensure all community members, including people living with disabilities and carers, are able to access services and facilities, and participate in community and civic events.
The survey consists of 20 questions and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. It can be accessed online through the link below, or in hardcopy at the Wangaratta Government Centre.
The survey closes on Wednesday 15 August 2018.
For further information or if you require the survey in an alternative format, please contact the Rural Access Officer on 0417 171 316.
