Community Asset Committees

The Wangaratta Rural City Council has 14 standing Community Asset Committees which are convened to control and manage various Council owned community facilities.

Committee objectives

The Hall and Reserves Community Asset Commitees Instrument of Delegation 2020 sets out the powers and functions of the committee, with the objective being to control, manage and maintain the Facility in an efficient manner, in the best interests of Council, the local community and users of the Facility.
