How to apply for a tender

Step 1.Gather your documents

Gather your company's insurance and bank account information and ABN.

Step 2.Register with eProcure

eProcure is where all Council tenders are advertised. By registering you will be notified of all tender opportunities.

Step 3.Apply for a Tender

Respond to the tender requirements and submit all information prior to the closing date.

Step 4.Find out if you have been successful

Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified by Council via eProcure.

Become a Pre-Qualified Supplier

Why become a Pre-Qualified Supplier?

Becoming a Pre-Qualified Supplier means you remain on our supplier register, eliminating the need to register as a supplier each time you provide a quote or apply for a tender.

Another benefit is that we may approach pre-qualified suppliers directly for quotes under the $150,000 (including GST) threshold.

Step 1.Gather your documents

To apply to be a Pre-Qualified Supplier, you will need to submit one of the following:

Step 2.Submit your application 

Submit your application including all support documents via email to procurement@wangaratta.vic.gov.au

Step 3.Stay up to date

If you application is successful, you will be issued with a unique supplier number. Each time you apply for a tender you will need to supply up to date insurance certificates and your supplier number.
