Grit and Resilience team invites residents for a cuppa and chat.
Published on 06 July 2021
The first Grit and Resilience Program Heartbeat is underway and the team will be out visiting townships across the municipality in the week of July 12 to 16.
This is an opportunity to come and meet the team and to have a chat about the Grit and Resilience Program, the activities and how to get involved.
“One of the key priorities of the Program is to create connections,” said Bek Nash-Webster, Grit and Resilience Program coordinator.
“We would love to see our community members stop by for a chat so we can share more about the opportunities in our action plans.”

The Grit and Resilience Program is a four-year program aiming to take a community-driven approach to better understand and address mental health and wellbeing in the Wangaratta municipality.
The Action Plans for three groups under the Program (Creating Connections, Including and Involving and Postvention) are now available to view on the Grit and Resilience webpage and using the QR code displayed below.
