Works have commenced on the much-anticipated Glenrowan Heritage Precinct with the ground floor concrete slab, underground services, first stage of structural steel and internal concrete blockwork completed.  Recently the steel structural frame was installed along with the concrete poured on level 1.

Over the coming weeks, Midson will complete the forming and pouring of the concrete stair to level 1, painting of the steel structural frame and the installation of the web-mesh around level 1.

The construction program is set to be completed in January 2023, with full fit out completed by March 2023.

Lions Park - The playground area will be closed shortly to the public to allow for the completion of the landscaping works, this work has been brought forward within the project and is set to be completed within the 4th term of school to allow plant establishment.  The park will be completely fenced off whilst works take place and then be opened back up to the public when completed.
