Workplace Immunisations

Council operates a workplace immunisation program on a fee for service basis, which can be tailored to your business needs.  Currently the only vaccination provided to workplaces on this basis is the Influenza vaccine.  The immunisations can be provided within the workplace or it can be arranged to have your staff attend Council's monthly sessions.

School Entry Immunisation Certificates

Every child entering primary school in Victoria requires a School Entry Immunisation Certificate.

Generally, parents should receive a Child History Statement from ACIR (Australian Childhood Immunisation Register) upon completion of 4 year old immunisations.  To be a valid school entry immunisation certificate, it must contain "this child has received all vaccines required by 5 years of age" at the bottom of the statement.

Council issues School Entry Immunisation Certificates during business hours and at immunisation sessions.  Council is also able to issue Incomplete Certificates where there may be a medical reason, delay or objection to immunisations.

Immunisation History

To receive your immunisation history Council’s Environmental Health team will need your name (maiden name if married) and date of birth. We also need contact details such as phone number and email address if you want your history emailed.

Council only has the immunisation history from Council run immunisation sessions, so if vaccinations occurred at a doctor’s clinic or at a different Council you will need to speak with them.
