Positive Ageing

Staying active contributes to a long and healthy life and has many benefits. Older adults attending physical activity programs tell us that they feel stronger, healthier, have made new friends, don’t feel as lonely, have reduced their health risk factors and really importantly have had “fun”.

Do Care

The Wangaratta Do Care program introduces volunteer visitors to older people living at home. Each volunteer visits for one hour per week and friendships soon develop. Read more
