Change of Name or Address for Service of Notices

Council must be notified in writing of change of name, address, ownership or occupancy. When ownership of property changes liability for payment of rates and charges remains with the owner recorded with Council until a 'Notice of Disposition' of an interest in land is lodged by the vendor or the solicitor or agent acting on the vendor's behalf.
