We are looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk Trainee to provide technical support to users in a professional manner. You will be considered as the front line contact and will solve basic technical problems on our computer systems.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to join our Information Technology team to experience a diverse range of tasks including mobile and desktop support plus providing technical support to all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Information Technology as part of the traineeship. Salary for this position will be paid in accordance with the National Training Wage.
