Full Time, Band 6 commencing at $61,812 pa + super

Do you have what it takes to drive the promotion, operation and ongoing development of the Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre as a progressive and dynamic facility that fulfils the performing arts and cultural aspirations of the region and contributes to business activity?

We need someone with experience and flare to be responsible for coordinating functions, events, conferences and conventions and for promotional campaigns to maximise venue utilisation.

You will need a tertiary qualification in sales and marketing and/or event management and/or extensive relevant industry experience in marketing, event management, function sales, hospitality or tourism.  You will also need highly developed customer service and communication skills.  A current Driver Licence and availability to work evenings and weekends are essential.
