Rural City of Wangaratta

Council provides front-of-house facilities for its tenants and in particular to the Department of Sustainability  and Environment (DSE), the Department of Primary Industry (DPI), Parks Victoria, Consumer Affairs Victoria and Dispute Resolution.

In addition to providing call centre facilities and providing information and services the Customer Services Team administers and receives payment for permits issued on behalf of DSE.
